Guillory is still being paid big bucks, Carmouche is still being paid big bucks, and Winken(Dennis), Blinken(Simmons), and Nod(Freeman) retain their seats as LHA commissioners. Chris "the thief" Williams is still on the fulltime payroll of our university and all the money from St. Antoine Gardens, etc. is still not accounted for. HUD is in town to "monitor" the LHA, but is not "taking it over." The audit reveals sixteen discrepancies of which more than a few have been illegal. SIXTEEN!! This entire charade is a comes off like a really bad comedy but for the fact it is real and frightening. These people were/are being paid monies meant for our poor and disadvantaged. When the hell are the authorities going to act? When are these thieves going to be taken to task? When are the stolen monies to be repaid?
