Any aquisition by the properly funded government entity of Louisiana is a vote in the right direction. It regards security, stability and control of the welfare for, by and of the people. We regard the deflection of any commitment a yes for the people. - McLean, David

Great decision! We need a comprehensive vocational high school to provide students that choose not to attend college an opportunity to make a great living and contribute to society. I applaud the School Board for preventing such a nice underutilized facility from going to the State. The State’s record of taking over schools is terrible, just ask the parents in Baton Rouge. - Lafayette Resident

I say lets do it.Having to constantly interact with trades people, such as plumbers and electricians and the such. These people are making a very good living.Raising families, paying taxes all while doing it there way be your own boss. The last hair cut i got was twenty bucks for about 15 minutes of work thats a potential 60 bucks and hour.Had a slab poured lately i could go on on honest work is admirable work period.I have kids who will graduate and go on to degrees,bUT why not pick up a skill while you work your way to high school. You never know how many out of work college grads are out there. - neutral party

Small minded people always have a secondary plan, its a precaution small minded people always factor into the big picture, for they are so accustomed to failure in their first attempt, that they always have a backup plan.
SO WHILE THE COUILLION BOARD KNEW THE K-Mart BLDG WOULD RAISE A STINK, THIS WAS ACTUALLY A RUSE, TO HAVE THE BOARD AGREE ON THE WORST OF TWO EVIL, BUT GA, look at the construction cost for demolishment and rebuilding of the NP MOSS SCHOOL, to convert the bldgs into a vo-tech school.
OH COUILLION SCHOOLBOARD, you fools want an enclosed gymnasium !
clue: put nets on the tennis courts and the basketball goals there you have a northside al freso Gyp-nasium coury - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN
