Alas, now it is pointed out that BP will not pay any claims filed by these fishermen who have been skirting their obligation to pay taxes, and that means that the American tax-payer will continue to provide schooling, medical care, etc, for these poor Vietnamese fishermen and their familys since these poor Vietnamese will never pay taxes. Oh, but there are more than a few thousand causasians who have never paid taxes, Louisianas, Missippians, Texans, Alabamans, Floridians, and we must not forget our southern neighbor Mexico.
