He broke the law, and it is clear he knew it and this speaks to his lack of credibility and morals. those who could have steered him in the right direction did him a dis-service by giving him a wink-wink and letting him run in a district that he was not qualified to run in. What did he gain, NOTHING! His reputation is ruined and if he is not stopped he will get in even bigger trouble, after all his running buddy is Chris Williams! I can guarantee you, anything that has happened in his district that is considered noteworthy is from the backs of the people whom are passionate about where they live and have worked tirelessly by coming together, working with law enforcement and the city to make a change. They, and they only, have made leaps and bounds in progress in their community––Mr. Shelvin on the other hand will reap the benefits of the quiet champions of his district by spinning how he positively affected the area over his tenure without having to shed an ounce of sweat equity. I want to know ALL the dirt on anyone dealing with taxpayer dollars, although, now, I think they ALL stink, esp those who cow-towed, and bent over for it, and voted in the ex couneilman's wife! I think this is a council of 9, spineless, self serving, maybe even tired or too busy in some cases, people who lack integrity or intelligence (both in some casess). But I definately want to be kept up to date with Mr. Shelvin's financial escapades. That being said, it must be made known that incoming school board member, Tehmi Chassion, is the brother of Brandon Shelvin. Chassion kept his distance from his brother, Brandon, while Chassion was running for his school board seat. Once elected, Chassion and Shelvin appeared together on AOC because the election was over and Chassion had fooled the public. Chassion either did not realize or simply did not care that his brother, Brandon Shelvin, has a penchant for misleading the public. Apparently, Tehmi Chassion shares this same penchant with his brother, Brandon Shelvin. If you think Shelvin is a poor/bad/worthless elected official, just wait until Tehmi Chassion starts his engines. - What, me worry?
