No use criticizing the Independent on it's reporting. Leslie Turk is just one person and she can investigate only so much. Central, if you're aware of something important, contact Ms. Turk. - Concerned Cajun

Sometimes, I feel I am the only one listening to me.
I have a poetic moment coming:
Hah, like this could be true.
Surely, its aggravating to the King & his Krewe.
Sticky fingah Vitter, under the covah he found, Er.
Imagine a word, rhyming with lb Er.
Sticky fingahs Vitter, the Energizer Wonder. - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN

Whatcha gonna do when they come for " YA'LL.
I'll say it again when the Feds hit town, it'll be all over but the crying, course the bigger rats wil throw some of the smaller rats in the fire and then continue to gorge on the teeney tiny micey's and grow bigger, and bigger, until they become rabid and ravenous because of the short supply of little micey's and they'll begin to devour one another, then only King Rat will be left and he'll starve to death because dollar bills have not one lick of nutrients, GA Zero. - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN

And, let me add that TJoe, another Blanco-made boy is just trying his best to keep Williams on the payroll. Some will never just do what's right. Get some guts and crawl out of Raymond's shadow: Fire this thief Mr. Savie. - Gene Broussard

Let Raymond Blanco and Ray Authument step forward and take responsibility for their creation. It was they who made Mr. Williams a Big Boy in town. - Gene Broussard

I don't buy Williams' explanation any more than I buy Pat Ottinger's 'retiring to go fishing' story from last week. Seems like The Independent only wants to carry water for the Durel administration while ignoring the equally questionable stuff taking place in and around the funding of the various Section 8 developments that involve actual local taxpayer dollars. The sums involved in those deals are much larger, but of course they involve Durel contributors so it must be squeaky clean and totally legit, right? Sure. - Central

Etienne, Etienne ! Now why would we restain these thiefs with bungee cords, Williams ass is being covered by T-Joe and others, the s... would hit the fan, if Williams would turn State evidence, and give up the foxs guarding the hen house, who are more than gettin their share of the pie in the dark. - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN

To reduce the chance of fraud, you could always get your employees to use software that tracks employee computer activities then automatically generates timesheets for them - making timesheets more accurate and actually enjoyable. Clever Timesheets is an example. http://www.clevertimesheets.com - Etienne

Sigh...

A perfect example of why bigger government really helps no one. The obvious exception being those adept at exploiting the numerous gray areas, loop holes, and lack of accountability that abound in these types of programs.
