Naked Pizza is pretty good! Just don't get a pepperoni pizza. To me, Pepperoni pizza is supposed to be thicky greasy and cheap tasting. Naked Pizza's best for the meat eater pizza, or the pizzas with finer ingredients like the artichokes and feta! - Yum!

Unempirical Observer: I thought this was an excellent question. I emailed my contact at Naked Pizza's PR and this answer is what I received:

"When our co-founders Jeff Leach and Randy Crochet worked on perfecting our recipe, they did research into probiotics that are heat-resistant (unlike the probiotics found in yogurt).

Hope that helps! - Anna

I tried this once but the hot cheese fell in my lap and burned real bad. Now, I always wear clothes. - Cajun Yodeler

I like this news, but one question lingers.
Wouldn't the beneficial bacteria (the probiotics) be killed in the cooking process? Heat tends to kill bacteria, good or bad ones. - Unempirical Observer
