Either they don't want this, don't understand it, or know that it redistricting continues a polarized electorate broadly that ensure mostly capital R Republicans and a handle of racially separated Democrats. We're turning into Mississippi and South Carolina. Parties based on these arbitrary racial/ethnic identity lines.
