			<description>Not sure why Tyron would know anything about redistricting that he didn't cram in the last 2 weeks. 

How about talking to one of the local State Reps who are actually on the House Committee (Barras from New Iberia, and Landry from Lafayette) who have been chewing on these issues 12 hours a day for the last six months?

Not only are they far more knowledgeable about the issues and process, they're actually involved.  That is, they are the actual people who will be voting on the various redistricting plans in Committee. - Well...</description>
