The nasty oil refineries in Baton Rouge will now be home to the Gulf fishing areas. We need another large region to pollute and destroy in Louisiana! There were too many stupid decisions made in a series of countless blunders not to realize that the intention was all along to destroy the Gulf region so there would be another large area for Oil Refineries to locate---cheaply!
