They didn't have guns to their heads when they signed the agreement to buy Eric out. They have made plenty of money since buying Eric out. Eric had no involvement in the club when it was turned hip hop. That was done by the Dennis, Mike and Oja along with an outside partner. They have made more than enough money to pay Eric back.
