Not enough testicular fortitude to do what is right for all students, to protect all students. Louisiana has been known to be a leader in protecting its citizens, but kids can't vote, so their not worthy of protection. I believe the legislature will be surprised to find out their parents do & their first priority is their children. It would be Karma if its their children who are bullied.
