If a candidate wants to run again, he has to pony up his fines, but I'm wondering if he can do that out of campaign donations. I hope not. Is interest and late fees charged? It should be. I'd like to see that, esp if he makes no attempt to settle up. I'd even say waive interest even if he only pays $25 a month, but the first month he skips, hit him with it all. Anyone in his position can pay a small amount a month.
