See, I wonder if this assisstant was the one & if he had to pay on down the line what he collected. I want to hear about those transactions, not what the IRS didn't get - and we all know in 6 mos when he gets out, he goes on like it never happened. I'm not clear on how this affects his law practice. Is he still able to practice law??? If I struggle to pay my taxes from the prior year I'm threatened by the IRS with leins and garnishments and stuck with fees and penalties that seem to match those of the local loan shark. Are we suppose to have sympathy because this personal life is a mess?
