Unfortunately, he just turned out to be an arrogant plug like most of the New Orleans leadership at the time. I have a hard time believing anything he says. He has tried to blame everyone else for the problems after Katrina. His comment during the interview that nobody could have predicted this happening is a laugh. As he finally admitted, they've been talking about the levies failing for 30-40 years. Only a moron would take the fact that something hasnt happened in the past as proof it wont happen in the future.
