Gay marriage should be legalised the day two men or two women can REPRODUCE. When they married, she kept her maiden name and did not take his name. They recently had their first child and the state would not allow them to include both the mother's and father's last names. This has been a painful issue for the mother and her family, in particular. It is time for Louisiana to move on and progress! More and more women are choosing not to take their husband's names when they marry and more and more couple are choosing not to marry at all!
