I also read, to the effect, not a whole lot of NEW stuff will be done cause there's not extra money for that. The administration has been knocking around for a coupla yrs it wants a "special property tax" for Parks & Rec, which would generate MILLIONS for that dept and free up all that cash $$$$ to be spent elsewhere. JUST AS I DON'T WANT TO PAY MORE PROP TAXES FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD, I DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR PARKS & RECREATION!!!!! All the parks & recreation programs can continue without new taxes.
