It can be really difficult out here fiscally, & I can see how someone's troubles might snowball out of control. In this case, since he finally found the money to pay his fines, its hard to overlook personal financial irresponsibility. I have no interest in his personal dealings, just how it affects his ability to deal with taxpayer money.
