Which from my understanding doesnt seem to be the issue here. The issue is they did not know how to run a business and had HORRIBLE customer service. That being said... Helpful Hints: If you placed order with credit card call and dispute charge with your bank- They will charge back to W If you used their financing call the finance company- they will charge back to W if you paid cash ... learn your lesson and dont pay up front anymore or file a civil suite against people that will most likely go bankrupt and you will never see a dime.
