Why can't Hardy use his position to try to do something to provide economic opportunities to his constituents instead of only point his spotlight on a few blacks who no doubt scammed the system - like others in positions of power in Lafayette government. When and if Hardy is re-elected this term - let's bring economic opportunity to that area of Lafayette. Not hand outs.
