The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has taken over the troubled agency's operations, having recently hired Katie Anderson as chief operating officer. Is Rubin capable of understanding this? I admire Durel for standing up to the corruption that Freemin, Dennis and others committed at the LHA. But, why should he continue to fight against what might just be a corrupt judge, maybe even involved with the LHA?
