They are people that maybe you may not want to go out and support. Brandon is getting money from the very people who have stolen and lied to the district 3 community. So, if you Robert Wilson think that this is a good thing, then you are no better yourself. I would say that money can't buy votes but, in this case I guess it can cause it did in the last election. Wake up people! Do not be fooled by Lloyd's funds. He is walking the streets and he is talking to people. He is not just sticking a sign in people's yards without permission and Lloyd certainly is not buying school uniforms with his funds like Brandon. Take a closer look at his statement. Brandon throws parties and buys uniforms. Is that reforming the district? This is certainly bringing jobs to the community. Really! The only job Brandon is bringing the community is jobs for John Ford and Greg Gachassin. Think about it. They are building affordable housing for the poor. Well the poor rents housing for nearly $900 for 30 years with the option to buy. How is that helping the poor? Again, Brandon does not care about the people of district 3. He cares about himself and it is important that he gets this job so that he can keep up with his baby mama check. I have said it before and I will say it again. I pay Brandon his salary with my taxes and as far as I am concerned he is fired effective January 1, 2012. You see some of you may not know what I am speaking of because you do not have a JOB! If you did you would be pissed off to. It is time to move on. Take a closer look at the people who have given him money. That money is not coming from district 3 it is coming from other outside sources. You are being sold. I am not for sale and never will be. I just can't beleive people will sell thier souls for a t-shirt and a plate lunch. Grow the hell up!!!! You see Brandon if you really wanted to help your community and district you would stop all of the building of apartments and unaffordable housing for your district. You would find ways to create jobs and put people to work so that they can go to a bank and own thier own home. You would put together a panel of people in the district (not your buddies) and come up with creative ways to motivate the people in the district about home ownership and pride in the community and police protection. You see Brandon that is thinking like a councilman not how many parties I can throw or how many t-shirts I can hand out. Why is the gateway to Lafayette the Gateway to hell? That pile of dirt near superone foods on the thruway has been there for four years. The grass is never cut hardly on the thruway. You want to know why business will not redevelope in your district is because your schools suck. How is the community helping build better schools. They are not because they are to busy buying beer and letting thier kids play outside all night instead of study. There are many things that you can do. But, the reason you do not is because you would be going against the grain. You would have to make people work then you would be voted out for sure. But, I ask everyone in district 3 reading this comment to sit back and just think about it for a minute. Four years have come and gone and what has Brandon done? NOTHING!! He does not get along with anyone on the council so how can he accomplish anything? We need to show everyone that we can and we will make the correct choice. If we do that I truly believe that our district will be back. If Brandon happens to win there will be more crime more people in our community getting put in to unaffordable housing and more people looking for work. We have to change the mind set. Stop listening to Janell on the radio who is a liar. She talks about how she is not for the no one on either side. She is a liar. She promotes trouble. We have to be better then that. Also and finally we live in a democracy not a dictatorship. You should not have to vote for Brandon because Janell says you have to. You vote for who you feel will best represent all of the people. A lot of you forget that we have white people in district 3 as well. This is not just a black district. We have to get off that stuff. We need a leader that will represent all of the people. Not a certain group. Just promise me that you will take a closer look.
