I am having a hard time believing this is true. First of all that a mojority of voters would vote to shrink the tax base that way. But, then, for Jindal to only repeal HALF of the deal, is even stupider. Oil and Gas revenues must have been through the roof that year. I have a good idea. Why don't we just pass a moratorium on all tax cuts AND tax increases for the next 50 years.
