Or did you just assume it targeted them, 'cause surely blacks don't have cars and all whites do! The curfew was about keeping people off the streets, no matter their color. Maybe it sucks for those without cars, but honestly it does not single out blacks. The same who hate this policy will cry and ask "why, why why?" when crime happens to someone they love. - who is the racist?
