Cravins, missus cravins, and the Juneahs cravins all are lacking morals, but gotta give it to em, every night at supper they thank the king of Hades for granting them their material gains and all their wants, plus. - NORTHSIDIAN SHOTGUN ll

i wonder if the feds busting the small town mayors an hour east with the fake waste disposal company will play in stephanie's decision whether to investigate or not. cravens may be corrupt, but if you start targeting all the small town crooks of a certain ilk, how long til the race pimps jump on it? - lanky lawyer

An odd number like 3. Now, it could be the three that vote for whatever Cravins wants, like a rubberstamp, or it could be the three that feel some responsibility for their city.
This all started when Cravins left town with Alsandor to the municipal association meeting in Maryland, kind of a spend your taxpaying money on a junket. Anna Simmons did the same thing 5 years ago, after she had already lost her re-election.
By law, the mayor is supposed to notify the mayor-pro-tem whenever the mayor leaves the city, which for Mayor Cravins, should be every afternoon or evening.
So Tatum tells the council and the mayor that the mayor-pro-tem shall be notified, and the next meeting, Cravins tries to remove Tatum.
Of course, Cravins needs a rubberstamp in place in Opelousas in case Cravins gets called away to higher duties. Like Huey Long had OK Allen. And Tatum is no rubberstamp. So Cravins tries to remove Tatum. Didn't work. - Phil N deBlanc

I know abstentions and recusals are always a possibility, but it seems counterintuitive for a legislative body to have an even number of members, especially when the executive will serve as tiebreaker. Seems like an odd number should be mandated to avoid situations like this. - lanky lawyer
