Ricky Hardy voted to not raise the MFP funding for education 3 years in a row. He refused money for the local school board because of a personal dispute with a school board employee to "get back" at that individual. Ricky Hardy is bad for the community and the district as a whole. The guy can not think for himself and it is proven by a consistent voting record with the administration.
