The total cost of that vote parallels the amount of money that is going into these recreational centers. So children breathing in mold and having no air-conditioning or heat and improper plumbing and wiring and cafeteria facilities, Who Cares! Let build a dog-walk park instead! No, better yet, let's build two of them less than 5 miles apart! I think it's an embarassment.
