LITEs financial statements are free to download from the State of La.'s website--called an "auditor's report", grouped by parish, there's thousands of them, very easy to understand. While you're at it, you can look up Page Cortez's contact info, he and Mike Michot both made many public statements about all the jobs and development that LITE would bring to Lafayette and to the State. If you find that this little research project was fun and enlightening, then you should donate some time to the tea party and help them with research. What is its mission? What are its goals? By what yardstick does it measure its success? What has it succeeded-historically-in actually doing? Does it have an economic impact, has it had an economic impact, will it have an economic impact? Does it facilitate development? Does it itself develop? Is it a hardware entity, a software entity, or what? Who is its driver? Who pays for it? Is it obliged to present a revenue/expense statement or other financial data? If so, by whom, to whom?
