WE LOVE CAFE JOSEPHINE!! If you haven't tried them it's a must. Tuna lovers be prepared for the Tuna Tacos, fresh tuna, crispy slaw, and pepper jelly, the Smoked Pork Tacos are just as good with a spicy Asian Sauce, other clients have told us they enjoyed the Calamari (FRESH, not rubbery). If you like Alfredo, it is insanely good, as is the Pesto Chicken Pasta. The Chicken Fried steak is a meal for two (really!). The food is consistently GREAT here, the service staff is divine, they are always attentive and friendly. And Troy? Well, you gotta love a man that gets happy just feeding you new things....CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON, yes you heard right, check out their menu. If you go at lunch, don't plan to be in a rush, they are picking up a nice little crowd. Have taken several friends/clients and everyone has left with a happy belly, smile on their face, and food to go. :) - Happy Dog Hotel
