In addition, although the cost of glasses is specifically excluded from my benefits package, Blue Cross is giving me an almost free pair of glasses if used during the month of November -- and then extended the time to include December as well. The benefit covers almost the entire cost (out-of-pocket of about $30, if you shop carefully).
