			<description>I have a private policy (no health savings account) with Blue Cross and also got the letter about the $100 premium credit. In addition, although the cost of glasses is specifically excluded from my benefits package, Blue Cross is giving me an almost free pair of glasses if used during the month of November -- and then extended the time to include December as well. The benefit covers almost the entire cost (out-of-pocket of about $30, if you shop carefully). Like you, I'm suspicious, and am wondering about the temperature in Hades these days. - Layne St.Julien</description>
