			<description>These kinds of advancements are the things that made (and still make) the LUS Fiber to the Home project ill-advised.  Is LUS going to be able to keep up with the expanding offerings on the technology side without borrowing more money?  Already LUS was admittedly on a 25 year plan to pay back the bonds.  Are we the people ready to puch that back by 5 years to watch LUS services on iPads?
