There must have been a plan to let it go through, knowing the majority of US citizens are gonna be pissed as heck illegals would be guaranteed anything, and the legislation reversing this will make heroes of that party. It makes 0, zero, sense when the legislators should know John Q Public is sick of hearing & seeing a buncha foreigners sucking the economy into a black hole. If there are any states that want to legislate wages, then do so in your own state. And one profession isn't better than any other.
