No one denys the need for I 49, but when the mock up's appear in the city office, they take it as a plan. Those building along the I 49 are office building and hotels, if I remember correctly. However they are in the poor neighborhood along the Evangeline Thruway. Now being a victim of one of those UL/Money grubber plans the city has helped to implelment, Joie De Vivre.
