			<description>Girard Residents beware.  Last year Joey Durel and Joel  Robideaux tried to get a bill passed that would ultimately  give the city council the right to expropriate property because they deemed it a blight.  I can imagine that this kind of abuse could be altered and used under the terms of economic development to take any property it wants and sell/develop it as they see fit. - Krista Fontenot</description>
