The Morning Advocate reported Noble Ellington is going to be the asst commissioner of insurance for $160,000. a year. And his state retirement will be based on his highest 3 years of pay. I am hereby accusing the state senator and his cronies of stealing from the taxpayers. Of course they make the rules that benefit them and their friends.
