When Zuchlag and company started the company they used every method they could to deceive the public into believing they were a quasi governmental entity. They would get the Parish and City governments to endorse them and then get all the banks to collect their "membership" fees for them. From the start, they have used every method possible to quash any competition. How can a competitor possibly start up when they get the government to grant them an exclusive contract? This company charges outrageous rates to people suffering from, injury, disease and in dire need of being taken to hospitals. The principals of this company have gotten super rich off of the backs of people in emergency situations. My friends, there is no justification for this.
