How much property is not going to be taxed at it's value due to greedy developers? Will properties next to developments be assessed down when exempt property goes up, if it raises the crime level and lowers the sellability of a parcel of land. ' They pass the "regulation" a few years ago. All of the Assessor's office in the state were to begin the process of photographing and measuring property.
