If Conrad Comeaux stood his ground and insured fair evaluations of on all property, be it property owned by the working class or the property acquired by hard times dubious Judges and Sheriffs : " Conrad Comeaux, would be ousted by, Parish President Joey and his Crony Landowner Pals.....So, pray tell . Why ? Would Conrad endanger his, " Cut of the Pie, hunting camps , and his place at the government feed trough . Eh ! Someone answer this little inquiry. - chano leal

They've missed an oppertunity with Joie de Vivre, the property across the street is list at 365,000.00. How much property is not going to be taxed at it's value due to greedy developers?

Will properties next to developments be assessed down when exempt property goes up, if it raises the crime level and lowers the sellability of a parcel of land.
'
They pass the "regulation" a few years ago. All of the Assessor's office in the state were to begin the process of photographing and measuring property. ( I'm sure it was just lots and not farm acreage) I was working in Evangeline Parish when they had to hire extra personnel to help with the process. - Krista Fontenot
