Pont Breaux’s Zydeco Salad is packed with protein and vegetables, making it a satisfying choice for either lunch or dinner. The salad consists of mixed baby greens tossed with bell peppers, tomatoes and boiled eggs, and topped with Louisiana andouille sausage, baked duck, boiled shrimp and blackened catfish. The dish is finished with a garnish of fresh Zydeco green beans.
Pont Breaux’s Cajun Restaurant offers a variety of Cajun dishes, from gumbo and fried seafood to crawfish étouffée and grilled frog legs.
