Final cooking class of the year Wednesday at E's Kitchen

Bon Temps Grill’s Alexis Cupich is the star of E’s Kitchen’s final cooking class of the year. Bon Temps Grill’s executive chef, Alexis Cupich, is sharing the secrets behind the restaurant’s “swamp edge” cuisine at E’s Kitchen’s last cooking class of the year this Wednesday at 6 p.m.

The Verot School Road restaurant's food is a blend of Cajun favorites with upscale touches for a truly unique Cajun dining experience. At the class, Cupich will be teaching attendees how to make the restaurant’s famed tuna tar tar and Grand Marnier chocolate mousse.

To register for the class, click here. The class is $15 per person. E’s Kitchen is located at 1921 Kaliste Saloom Road, Suite 103 in Parc Lafayette.
