Make your own sushi this weekend in a Tsunami cooking class.
Saturday night, Tsunami is hosting a sushi class for those who want to roll their own at home.
For $50, you can learn how to build, roll, cut and (properly) eat sushi rolls with personal, hands-on instruction. Make the ever-classic California Roll, plus one other regular roll of your choice. The meal includes edamame, miso soup and a (non-alcoholic) drink. David Calhoun and Elizabeth “EB” Brooks are the first two employees of Lafayette Central Park Inc., the nonprofit charged with turning Lafayette Consolidated Government’s 100-acre Johnston Street Horse Farm property into a passive public park.
