Nash’s shrimp and spinach lasagna in Old Broussard is today’s  Dish of the Day—fresh baby spinach is steamed and folded into layered lasagna noodles  with shrimp, egg, provolone, parmesan, mozzarella, ricotta, and American cheeses.



It’s then topped with Nash’s own marinara and alfredo sauce and served with two eggplant medallions. Pair with a glass of sauvignon blanc for a crisp light taste against the creamy, rich lasagna and take a seat by one of the floor-to-ceiling windows in this antique Louisiana home to enjoy a romantic lunch or evening.
