Fans of Molly and Katy Richard’s smoked fish tacos and brisket burritos can now let the noon rush die down before strolling over to the Caribbean mango-yellow taco shack on Johnston at Vermilion. The Richard sisters have expanded their hours from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and added a Saturday lunch, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. So no worries if that staff meeting runs long, you can have your say and eat lunch too.
