Nola dining guide to the best restaurants in the Crescent City

After which follows a heated discussion on what restaurants didn’t make the cut, which shouldn’t be on the list to begin with, why my current favorite (Domenica) didn’t crack the top 10.
Here’s Anderson’s top 10, with an essay of how he makes his choices, in alphabetical, not best to worst, order: Cochon Commander’s Palace Emeril’s Gautreau’s Herbsaint Lilette Patois Restaurant August Ristorante del Porto Stella!
