Bring the kids for a free comedy and magic act from local performer Mitch Richard. Don’t forget to sign up for the summer reading programs while at the library and check out a few good reads for your little magicians to practice their craft at home.

Get under the sea and enjoy the classic tale from Hans Christian Andersen as presented by the Pandemonium Theater Group in Crowley. After the production, guests will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with cast members. Tickets available at the door. $10 for students and $15 for adults.

Celebrate the dog days of summer with man’s best friend and the Acadiana Cane Cutters Sunday at Fabacher Field in Youngsville. All fans are encouraged to bring their dogs to this home baseball game. The St. Martin Humane Society will also be on-site with adoptable animals.
