Bon Temps Grill’s executive chef, Alexis Cupich, is sharing the secrets behind the restaurant’s “swamp edge” cuisine at E’s Kitchen’s last cooking class of the year this Wednesday at 6 p.m.

The Verot School Road restaurant's food is a blend of Cajun favorites with upscale touches for a truly unique Cajun dining experience. At the class, Cupich will be teaching attendees how to make the restaurant’s famed tuna tar tar and Grand Marnier chocolate mousse.
