Swamp Pop will begin its first-ever dinner series at Jolie’s Louisiana Bistro on Tuesday, Feb. 27, the five course menu inspired by the four sugar cane soda flavors, Noble Cane Cola, Satsuma Fizz, Praline Cream Soda and Jean Lafitte Ginger Ale.

Jolie’s Executive Chef Greg Doucet and staff created the menu by utilizing Swamp Pop in dish concepts and preparation, and Tanner DuCote designed the cocktails to pair with the courses. Diners will start the evening with an oyster and ginger ale dish and eventually eat their way toward hearty flavors of pork and cream soda in a pot pie and cracklin dish and end the experience with a sweet satsuma cake with ginger ice cream.
