Fresh pressed juice from Evolve is as refreshing and delicious as it is colorful

Have you ever wondered how you can make fresh, organic juices in your kitchen to sip on in hopes of nourishing your body with all the vitamins and nutrients it craves? Or, do you have a juicer already but it’s collecting dust due to your lack in inspiration to make tasty juice blends of your own?

If you answered “yes” to either of these, consider checking out a special class hosted at E’s Kitchen in Parc Lafayette tonight, Wednesday, April 30.

Evolve: An Artisan Juicery teachs guests how to juice for health and best practices — Evolve will explain what fruits and vegetables are best for juicing, how much produce you really need and how incorporating juice into a healthy diet can achieve maximum results.

The cost of the class is $25 and registration is happening onilne. Guests will also be treated to juice samples and Evolve’s juice-inspired cocktails — juice also makes a great mixer without all the processed sugars of soda and commercially prepared fruit juices.

If you can’t make it out to learn about DIY juice (or if you rather leave it to the pros), visit Evolve’s website for how to track down a refreshing blend of Yogi or Heart Beet juices freshly made and ready for purchase.
