We've been all about dressing you ladies for the new year. But, we all know you need a dapper dude by your side. (Best accessory ever.) And so, we turned to the experts to see what the fellas will be rocking this new year.

Over at Maven they will be rocking some innovative looks (naturally) pointing to neon and colored-soled shoes, which they say are the not widespread trend for men this new year.

"You will see it from the runways of Paris to the aisles of Target," says Maven maven Christina Barbier.

They're also expecting to see bold prints (that they'll be interpreting in a hush hush surprising ways), pops of color balanced with neutrals and quirky shades. If you're a traditional lad, they'll still have three-piece suits, but with a twist.

"The tailored three-piece suit but done in cotton or linen. Narrow lapel and flat front slim trouser. Can be styled dressy or casual. Break up the suit for three awesome wardrobe staples. Blazer with jeans, vest with a crisp shirt and colored chino, and pant with a relaxed linen button up," Christina explains.

At Brother's, Alicia Abdalla Mouton says they expect to see something a bit more on the sporty side.

"Look for athletic elements to creep into design inspiration," Alicia says.
