There are a lot of important things going on today. Historic things. Big things. But today we're going to talk bangs. Blame Michelle Obama. Since she showed up last week with a perfectly cut new bang, the blogosphere has been buzzing.

And it's easy to see why. In this IND Styler's eyes, those bangs are perfection on her. The right length and styled o-so-modernly, these beauties have taken years off the First Lady.

But, not everyone agrees: Hair guru Ronnie Thibodeaux of Bath Haus prefers Michelle sans bangs. However, he points to other banging ladies that are rocking the trend.

"Rachel Zoe and Alexa Chung are two people I think pull them off well," he notes.

We wholeheartedly agree.

Alexa's thick bangs bring some sophistication to the young fashionista, while Rachel's shave years off her face. Perhaps it's why Ronnie says bangs can be the new botox. Hiding wrinkles without needles? Sounds beautiful to us.
