Sweet pieces that pay homage to Valentine's Day now, cute enough to wear year round

Valentine's Day full of pink and red and hearts — O, my! — is only a day away. And while we love all these lovely girly lovie dovie pieces come Feb. 14, we're not always digging them the other 364 days a year. So we carefully found two choices that are sweet enough to request from your sweet on V-Day and chic enough to rock no matter the month.

Over at Mignon Faget you'll find several heart-themed pieces. Our favorite is this uber feminine pink heart on a chain decked with pearls. In true Mignon form, silver coral holds the rose quartz heart in place. It's just the touch that takes some of the saccharine and inserts the designer's unique edge for nature-inspired touches.

If you're looking for something more affordable, the gals over at Sky Blue have done their magic with revamping vintage wares just in time for Valentine's Day. The vintage jewelry has been reworked to create a design that has the heart of storied pieces and the modern wear-now vibe we're loving. Perfect with a flowy boho top or a button-down demure look. We'd love a heart with an on-trend peplum. Or pile them all on with a simple black dress for a woo-worthy look like Valentine's Day.
