Walk-On's wins 'Best Sports Bar' in America

There is some serious celebrating going on at New Orleans' Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar. On Friday ESPN Mobile announced that the Poydras Street location was named the Best Sports Bar in North America.

The downtown sports bar and restaurant was the only local restaurant in the competition, which is now in its third year.

The Times-Picayune noted that it bested Buffalo Blues in Pittsburgh, Hickory Tavern in Charlotte, N.C., Pluckers Wing Bar in Austin and Taco Mac in Atlanta in the final round. Fans' votes and an editorial review panel determined the winner.
